Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors for a 16-week temporary contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries with a professional and friendly approach.

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems? We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Advisors on a 16-week temporary contract!

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service across a range of enquiries. You'll:

• Update systems with accurate customer information

Training

You'll receive 5 weeks of comprehensive paid training to ensure you have all the knowledge and support needed to succeed in the role.

Shift Patterns

You will work a set shift pattern, 5 days out of 7, and must be available to work Monday to Sunday.

Available shifts:

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 08:00 - 16:00
• 10:00 - 18:00
• 15:00 - 23:00
