Job Role

In this role, you will support customers in managing and repaying their outstanding balances.

  1. You will be part of our dedicated team, handling inbound and outbound calls from customers.
  2. You will assist customers in finding suitable solutions by understanding their current situations and circumstances.
  3. You will work collaboratively to achieve personal and departmental goals.
  4. You will ensure the delivery of excellent service, treating customers fairly, listening to their needs, and striving to find the best solutions for their circumstances.
  5. Accurately update our systems after each customer interaction.
Experience

We welcome applicants with customer service experience from industries such as Contact Centres, Retail, or Hospitality. However, prior experience is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing development opportunities. We value a passion for excellent customer service and a commitment to doing a great job.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer service experience (desirable)
  • Experience with telephony, data entry, and customer management (desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate multiple computer systems
  • Good numeracy skills for setting up and calculating payment plans
  • Experience following procedures and policies
  • Problem-solving skills to find the best solutions for customers and the business
  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) with grade C or above in Maths and English (desirable)
Role Package

Hours: Full-time, permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, on a shift pattern. You will work one in four Saturdays (9am-2pm), with a following Friday off when you do.
