We're seeking applicants to join our team as Customer Service Advisors. This role offers valuable experience and exposure within the Housing Sector.

Many of our team members have progressed into roles in Supporting Housing, Digital Inclusion, and Customer Focus teams, with some advancing into senior management roles. Our Programme Change Development Lead, Account Managers, Data Analysts, Project Managers, and Specialist Landlord Coordinators all started in our Customer Contact Centre.
We pride ourselves on delivering first-class customer service. You will join our award-winning Customer Service Centre, which has been operating since 2001. As part of our growing team, you'll support customers with housing applications, managing low-level anti-social behaviour, diagnosing repair issues, and more—all while being trained on everything you need to succeed.
The first six months are office-based to facilitate training and support. Afterwards, the role may become hybrid (two days remote, three days in-office) to support work-life balance, or remain fully office-based if preferred. Our office is accessible by local bus routes, and free onsite parking is available.
If you enjoy speaking with people and thrive in a lively social environment, this role is for you. We value ideas, opinions, and a customer-focused approach. Experience in triaging complex contacts related to Home Repairs and diagnostics is preferred.
We will hold an assessment centre on Wednesday, 14th May, from 09:30 to 13:00. We are recruiting for three positions: two shift-based roles (with varying weekly shifts) and one fixed shift role (2:15 pm - 10:00 pm). Training for the first four weeks will be Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4:45 pm.
