GXO Logistics, Inc in Maidstone is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for NHS Supply Chain customers, delivering high-quality service and support in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with a salary of up to £26,307.24 per year and 25 days leave plus bank holidays. Benefits include a blue-light card, pension, dental insurance, private GP service, life assurance, and access to MyBenefits.

Here at GXO, we’re looking for adedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and professional team based at our Maidstone site, supporting our NHS Supply Chain contract. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for NHS customer, helping to ensure they receive the highest standard of service and support.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00.
