Customer Service Advisor

Our client, a long-standing and reputable insurance provider, is looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Loughborough. Whether you have experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role, this is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start or further develop your career in the insurance industry.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Speaking with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance products
  • Building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Working towards individual and team KPIs and performance goals
  • Providing clear, accurate information to support informed decision-making
  • Supporting customer retention and identifying opportunities to upsell where appropriate
