Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact for clients assisting with a range of queries regarding the remortgage process.You will handle a high volume of calls inbound and outbound ensuring each query is resolved to the highest standard and is dealt with as soon as possible.The role will also be liaising with banks and other third parties alongside working closely with other members of the business to provide a seamless process.
