EE Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Advisor. You’ll connect with customers over the phone, offering support, guidance and solutions while building relationships and delivering exceptional service.

You’ll join a friendly team with full training to discuss our products and services confidently. The role features 12-hour shifts between 8am and 9pm, with every other weekend, and a starting salary of £26,116 rising to £26,738 after eight months.

Salary: £26,116 rising to £26,738 after 8 months of being here, plus incentives and bonuses
Hourly rate: £13.35 per hour rising to £13.66 per hour at 9 months in role
Start date: January 2027
Shift Information:
12 hour shifts. Hours fall between 8am and 9pm and include working every other weekend.
