Job summary

Jago Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a leading Main Dealership in Crawley for a Service Advisor. You will handle service telephone and walk-in enquiries, greet customers and identify their needs at vehicle drop-off, and update the customer throughout the day.

We’re seeking a candidate with a positive, customer-focused attitude, good vehicle knowledge, a valid driving licence, and ideally prior experience as a service advisor.

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous experience as a service advisor.
• A good technical knowledge of vehicles.
• A positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work.
• A valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all service telephone and Walk-in enquires.
• Meet and greet customers, qualify and identify customer’s needs for at vehicle drop-off.
• Progress and update the customer throughout the day.
• Discuss and up-sell additional work to the customer.
• Advise, and forward diarised unsold work.
• Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to customer.

Working as part of team the Service team, you will be focused on delivering a very high level of brand experience to your customers, committed to making a difference and wanting to join a company who can offer long-term career progression.
