An established industry player is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team near Bicester. This role involves building relationships with customers, resolving queries, and providing product information. We are looking for an individual to join a company based in a village location just outside Bicester as a Customer Service Advisor. Within this role, you will be building relationships with customers and supporting customer retention, answering customer queries and liaising with internal and external contacts.
Working hours will consist of 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.
Due to the location of this role, you will need a full UK driver’s licence and access to your own transport.
