Corpay^ is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor within our UK Customer Services Operations division. This position falls under our Allstar Cards line of business based in Swindon, UK.

This is a full time, 6-months fixed term contract (with a possibility to go permanent) based onsite at the Swindon office, working Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm.

Allstar Cards is one of the UK’s leading fuel management solution providers, managing more than 1.2 million fuel cards in circulation and processing over 50 million transactions per year. The Allstar fuel card offers the largest and only true multi-branded fuel network in the UK. Providing access to over 7,700 fuel sites, the Allstar card is accepted by major brands, supermarket and motorway locations. Allstar provides services to organisations ranging from small business and charities to large corporations and the public sector. Allstar is part of the global Corpay^ Group.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring every interaction meets our service standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing telephone and email enquiries with professionalism, clarity, and urgency
  • Resolving queries accurately and promptly, offering advice and solutions within SLA timeframes
  • Liaising across departments to ensure customer needs are fully met
  • Building effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Identifying process improvements and feeding these back to support continuous development
  • Completing daily administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Promoting relevant services and solutions to add value to the customer relationship
  • Supporting service excellence by contributing to decision-making and knowledge sharing across the team

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for applicants who bring more than just enthusiasm. To succeed in this role, we are looking for:

  • Have proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre or fast-paced environment but not essential
  • Be confident using multiple IT systems at once, with the ability to switch between platforms seamlessly
  • Have solid experience working with Microsoft 365 – including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to remain calm and professional when handling complaints or difficult queries
  • Possess strong attention to detail, especially when following processes or inputting data
  • Work well under pressure, maintaining quality and speed even during high volumes
  • Be a dependable team player who supports colleagues and contributes to shared team goals
