Job summary

Bath Car Dealership is seeking a Customer Booking Advisor to join a friendly team. No automotive experience required, but a strong customer service background is essential.

Role focuses on customer service for vehicle service bookings, advising on costs and timescales, upselling where appropriate, and maintaining accurate records and invoices within an in-house system.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Customer Service is essential.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the motor trade.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required in a professional manner.
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
• Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs.
• Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
• Produce job cards on in-house computer system.
• Update customer and vehicle records.
• Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
• Prepare and complete invoices.

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Customer Service Booking Advisor

Customer Service / Booking Advisor Duties include:

• Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
