EE in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Sales Advisor to join a lively contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, while guiding them through the EE product range.

You’ll be a great listener and fluent talker, pursuing targets with enthusiasm. The role includes incentives, with a starting salary of £26,116 rising to £26,738 after eight months, plus generous benefits and career growth.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You’ll join a lively sales team in our contact centre. We’ll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You’ll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you’ll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
