EE Tyneisde (Newcastle area) is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from EE customers, helping them choose the best phone and broadband deals while guiding them through our range of tech products.

We value outgoing, energetic people who enjoy talking to customers, with retail or hospitality background welcomed. The team is based in Newcastle and North Tyneside, offering flexibility and opportunities for growth.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You’ll join a lively sales team in our contact centre. We’ll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You’ll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you’ll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
