We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to be the friendly voice and helpful hand to our UK sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team and make a real impact in Elis.

Your Mission at Elis
  • Managing and follow up on customer queries and questions.
  • Supporting on an internal service inbox
  • Dealing with customer complaints and complaint resolution.
  • Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
  • Co-ordination and support Account Managers.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
  • Reactive renegotiation of accounts.

What will make you stand out?
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with computers (MS Office)
