Job summary

Runnymede Borough Council is seeking a motivated Customer Services Advisor to join our supportive team and provide professional, efficient services to residents and internal customers. You will be the first point of contact, handling enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to service improvements.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
