Universal Business Team, on behalf of a friendly family business in Loughborough, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. You will handle orders, enquiries and build strong customer relationships.

You will process orders by phone, email and online, provide pricing information, resolve queries and monitor orders. This is a full-time, office-based role with a salary of £32,000–£34,000 plus a company bonus scheme.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year's experience in customer service or administration.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent.

• Processing customer orders by telephone, email and online.
• Managing customer enquiries, providing product, pricing and availability information.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Resolving queries, handling returns and dealing with invoice issues.
• Monitoring outstanding orders and keeping customers updated.
• Identifying opportunities to promote products and generate additional sales.
• Working closely with Purchasing and Operations to ensure excellent customer service.
