Job description

We are looking for a people-focused individual with a flair for organisation and communication to join a busy office in Clifton Moor as a Customer Service Administrator.

This role sits within an established accounts team but is all about delivering top-notch service to customers and colleagues in other branches.

You'll be the first point of contact for queries and play a key part in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Some of the Customer Service Administrator duties are:

  • Speaking with customers by phone and email to resolve account queries and build great relationships
  • Providing copies of invoices and account statements when requested
  • Helping set up new customer accounts or updating account details
  • Monitoring payments due and helping to follow up any overdue balances with customers
  • Working closely with store managers and account managers to resolve any issues
  • Managing a busy shared email inbox and responding in a timely manner
  • Supporting the wider team with general admin and cover where needed
We’re looking for a proactive person who enjoys speaking with people and is confident on the phone. Experience in a busy admin or accounts environment is ideal, but full training will be given. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who takes pride in great service and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

This will be working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm earning a salary of £24,000-£25,000.
