Salary: £27,000 – £28,000

Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

What you’ll be doing:
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails—you're the go-to person for all customer needs.
  • Help customers with their order queries and guide them through the process.
  • Process orders and returns quickly and accurately.
  • Handle complaints professionally and with a can-do attitude.
  • Maintain fast, friendly, and effective communication, always aiming for exceptional service.
  • Spot opportunities to upsell additional products—your input could boost business!
What we’re looking for:
