A global leader in sustainable packaging solutions is seeking a candidate to process customer orders and manage day-to-day account requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong organizational skills. You will be responsible for ensuring timely order processing and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. A good understanding of packaging processes and IT literacy are desirable. This role requires flexibility and teamwork in a dynamic setting.

To process the orders for key customer accounts as accurately as possible and also have the responsibility to ensure all jobs are checked according to the plan to ensure they can proceed into production without delay.
