Job summary

Global Ardour Recycling is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our Preston-based Scrap Car Network team. The role combines customer service, administration and coordinating vehicle collections to ensure a professional, efficient service for Scrap Car Network and RAW2K customers.

You will handle a high volume of calls and emails, update data across multiple systems, and book collections, while maintaining accuracy, following call standards and timescales.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and customer service is required.
• Excellent telephone manner and professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay accurate under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and respond promptly.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and bookings.
• Book and rearrange vehicle collections considering driver availability and costs.
• Resolve customer complaints at first contact where possible.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate person.
• Update customer and collection information across systems.
• Ensure emails and correspondence are actioned within timescales.
