An established industry player is seeking dynamic Customer Service Advisors to join their specialist team. In this engaging role, no two days will be the same as you tackle various enquiries and support clients with professionalism. You'll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, balancing time between home and the office. Your responsibilities will include managing client calls, providing updates, and ensuring compliance while handling challenging situations. This is a really interesting Customer Service role, whereby no two calls or days will be the same and requires someone who has the ability to tackle various enquiries in a challenging role at times.
Location: Hybrid / Portsmouth – after probation you will have the opportunity to work 3 days from home and two days in the offices per week
Salary: £25,000 Rising to £29,500

Hours of work: You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota between 7.15AM and 8.45PM, Monday to Sunday
