Job summary

Cyrion AI is seeking a security-minded customer-facing specialist to help customers derive real value from engagements—from onboarding through remediation. You are the technical relationship point after the deal closes, helping scope engagements, interpret findings, and ship fixes.

You will onboard customers, walk them through findings and audit-ready reports, coordinate escalations, identify patterns, and contribute to product feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing security role.
• Able to read and explain security findings (web, API, cloud) to engineers and executives.
• Calm, technical voice during a critical-severity escalation.
• Strong project-management instincts — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers — configuring scope, policy flags, and integrations (Jira, Slack, GitHub, etc).
• Walk customers through findings, remediation guidance, and audit-ready reports.
• Act as the escalation point for critical findings and coordinate customer-side response.
• Identify patterns across customer environments and feed them back to research and product.
• Maintain a high renewal and expansion rate through genuine technical trust, not just relationship management.
