Job summary

mydentist is seeking a Customer Sales Coordinator at our City Link site in Cardiff. You will create and convert opportunities, helping patients understand private options and guiding their journey.

The role is 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday 8am–8pm and Saturday 9am–5pm; home working is not possible. A brand new site with parking and a supportive team awaits.

Qualifications

• Ability to initiate conversations with prospective customers.
• Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable using social platforms and digital channels.
• Motivated to achieve targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Attract and manage enquiries via digital marketing, social media and events.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance.
• Support patients through their treatment journey.
• Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales.
• Work with dentists to grow private patient numbers.

As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.The working pattern for this role will be 40hrs across Monday to Friday, between 8am – 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm.
