Job summary

Space Station Ltd is seeking a Sales Advisor for a full- time, multi-site role in Stirchley and Handsworth. You will be the friendly face, promoting the store within local communities and to businesses, with a 5-day working week including weekends and bank holidays.

You will convert sales, promote outstanding customer service, manage contracts, and reconcile payments while upholding company values. Benefits include pension, holidays, staff discounts, and training.

Responsibilities

• Convert sales and help customers make informed decisions.
• Achieve sales targets by maximising sales opportunities.
• Provide outstanding customer service, always keeping our values in mind.
• Handle new enquiries, complete contracts and chase debts.
• Liaise with the removals contractor when required, use the removals calendar.
• Take pride in the site and maintaining excellent standards.
• Reconcile cash, credit card, Direct Debit and BACS payments.
