Job summary

Halfords in Oxford is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate (16 hours per week). You will deliver friendly customer service, demonstrate products, explain fitting services, and help customers choose the right solution for bikes and cars.

Prior retail experience is helpful, but a positive, customer-focused attitude is key. You’ll receive training and development opportunities within the Group, enjoy benefits such as store discounts and a pension, and work a weekend-inclusive rota.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally, experience working towards and achieving sales targets.
