About the role:
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our team here at Bella di Notte. Based in the beautiful town of Malton, North Yorkshire, you will work as part of our dedicated Customer Care team ensuring we exceed the needs and expectations of our loyal customers. This is a diverse role, covering all aspects of customer care including, fulfilling orders received via phone and web, providing face-to-face customer service in our retail store, offering advice and support to our customers regarding their orders, as well as supporting other areas of the business during peak times.
We have a two part time positions available. Core business hours are 9am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday, with Saturday working on a rota basis. There is an expectation to work 21 Saturdays in each calendar year. Additional hours may be available during peak seasonal demand.
