• Contribute to the achievement of the store's financial targets.
• Identify and quantify the potential remaining from each customer to increase occupancy and revenue in the store.
• Respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer.
• Ensure the store presents itself to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Make sure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to for customers and staff.
• Comply consistently with all company procedures.
