Halfords in Farnborough is looking for a Part-time Retail Assistant to join our team. You’ll deliver great customer service, help customers select products and explain our fitting services, while learning product knowledge through our comprehensive training program.

The role suits those who enjoy working to targets, on a 16-hour weekly rota including weekends, with benefits such as staff discounts and career development support as we grow in motoring and cycling sectors.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
