Job summary

Halfords Balham is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, demonstrate products and support fitting services. You will work a rota including weekends and learn our product knowledge to help customers choose the right solutions.

You’ll be trained heavily and have opportunities to progress within Retail and the wider Group, with a strong emphasis on delivering great service and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in retail.
• Proactive in helping customers and understanding needs.
• Willing to work on a rota including weekends and towards sales targets.
• Retail or customer-focused sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you've worked in another customer focused sales environment, we're likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
