Job summary

Halfords in Canterbury is hiring a part-time Retail Associate to join our team at Maybrook Retail Park. This 12‑hour-per-week role delivers great customer service, demonstrates and explains products, and supports the fitting services.

You will receive product training, enjoy store discounts, and have opportunities for career progression across the Group; rota weekends are required, with pension and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in retail or similar environment.
• Proactive in helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Experience working towards and achieving sales targets is a plus.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
