Job summary

Halfords in Corby is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, assist with product demonstrations and help customers find solutions. You will learn about our fitting services and work to achieve sales targets while supporting a friendly team.

Role requires weekend availability, proactive customer engagement, and the ability to adapt to a busy retail environment. We offer extensive training and career development within a growing motoring and cycling retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding needs
• Ability to work on a rota including weekends
• Experience working toward sales targets (desirable)

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment

• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
