Job summary

Halfords in Bangor is hiring for a part-time Retail Assistant to help customers, demonstrate products, and explain our fitting services. You’ll learn product knowledge and gain skills training, with a focus on delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role is 12 hours per week, on-site at Bangor (Gwynedd). You’ll work a rota including weekends, earn £10.85-£12.71 per hour depending on age, and enjoy store discounts and other benefits as part of Halfords team.

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.
