Job summary

Halfords in Coleraine is seeking a part-time Retail Colleague to help customers, demonstrate products, and support our fitting services. The role is 12 hours per week, with a rota that includes weekends. A friendly, proactive approach and focus on service is essential.

You will join a team with comprehensive training, store discounts, and other benefits. Prior retail experience is helpful, but the right attitude and customer focus matter most.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
