Job summary

Halfords Barnstaple is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. You will work 16 hours per week, with weekend shifts on a rota basis, helping customers choose the right products and services and delivering excellent service.

You will gain product knowledge and learn our fitting services through comprehensive training, with ongoing support to help you progress in your career within Retail or the broader Group.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in retail sales.
• Proactive in helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally some experience of working towards sales targets.
