Halfords in Ballymena is recruiting for a part-time Retail Assistant to join our motoring and cycling teams. You’ll deliver great customer service, demonstrate products, and help customers find what they need while working on a rota including weekends.

We provide product knowledge training, rewards and benefits like store discounts and pension, plus opportunities for career progression within the Halfords Group.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment

• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
