Job summary

Halfords in Cramlington is hiring a part-time Retail Associate to join our team. You’ll work 20 hours per week at the Westmorland Retail Park site, delivering friendly service and helping customers find the right products and services.

You’ll learn product knowledge and learn to demonstrate and explain our offerings, including fitting services. We provide extensive training and career development opportunities across the Group to help you progress.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Willingness to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:
