Job summary

Wessex Garages Holdings Ltd in Cardiff invites applications for a Retention Co-ordinator with a passion for customer retention to join our established multi-franchise motor-trade team. You will work with our four franchises to improve and coordinate customer retention, gather information for analytics, and log findings into our CRM database and spreadsheets.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
