Job summary

SmartestEnergy Business Limited is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support the Manager in delivering efficient, high-quality customer service. You will lead a team to resolve enquiries, monitor SLAs, coach staff, and handle complex escalations while ensuring GDPR compliance and a consistently excellent customer experience.

Hybrid working is offered with offices in the UK. You will drive process improvements, identify trends, and contribute to a globally minded, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role, with a track record of delivering results.
• Experience of meeting agreed SLAs and customer service targets.
• Ability to plan and manage time to organise own work and lead a team effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to learn new processes quickly.
