Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team and drive occupancy through proactive sales, marketing, and community networking. You will handle inquiries, develop the home’s digital profile, and represent the home with professionalism, delivering excellent customer service and informative tours.

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly, professional manner.
• Own all sales activity for the home and drive occupancy.
• Talk to potential residents over the phone and conduct informative tours.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand needs.
• Respond to sales enquiries and generate leads.
• Support local and wider marketing activities to boost enquiries and occupancy.
• Maintain a contacts database and contribute to marketing performance improvements.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO HAVE:
