Job summary

Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive occupancy, handle enquiries, and develop the home's digital profile while networking with the local community.

You will work with an exceptional management team and use Salesforce or similar CRM to analyse data, stay target-driven, and represent the brand in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
