Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to support a care home in Stone, England. The role focuses on delivering a full range of sales and marketing activities to drive occupancy, handling enquiries, and developing the home’s digital profile while engaging with the local community.

The position involves managing enquiries, networking locally, and contributing to marketing efforts to grow occupancy and improve sales performance within a first-class care home

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Network within the local community to raise the home’s profile and generate enquiries.

You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets

NEED TO HAVE:

• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Full UK driving licence.

NEED TO DO:

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
