Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in Hempstalls. You will handle enquiries, deliver sales and marketing strategies, and help increase occupancy.

Work with management to build a strong digital profile, network with the local community, and provide tours to prospective residents while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
