We're Hiring: CRM Manager

Are you a CRM professional with expertise in storytelling, automation, and customer engagement? Yorkshire Dental Suite, one of the UK’s most innovative dental brands, is looking for a full-time, office-based CRM Manager to join our Leeds HQ.

We are seeking a strategic thinker with hands-on HubSpot experience to lead our CRM efforts, engage our audience, and convert first-time patients into lifelong brand advocates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing our end-to-end CRM strategy using HubSpot, including email marketing, segmentation, automation, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Creating engaging, on-brand emails that educate, convert, and delight.
  • Building data-driven workflows to guide customers from initial inquiry to retention.
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and design teams to align CRM activities with campaigns.
  • Monitoring and optimizing CRM performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and retention.
  • Managing list hygiene, segmentation, and testing for relevant communications.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and staying updated on CRM best practices.
  • Contributing to campaign ideation and incorporating the voice of the patient.

Qualifications include:

  • Experience as a CRM or Email Marketing Manager, preferably in a B2C or high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, including automations, segmentation, and dashboards.
  • Strong copywriting skills that drive engagement and trust.
