We're Hiring: CRM Manager

Are you a CRM pro with a knack for storytelling, automation, and turning clicks into loyal customers? Yorkshire Dental Suite, one of the UK’s most innovative dental brands, is looking for a full-time, office-based CRM Manager to join us at our Leeds HQ.

We're growing fast and need a strategic thinker with hands-on HubSpot experience who can lead our CRM efforts, engage our audience, and help turn first-time patients into lifelong brand advocates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning our end-to-end CRM strategy using HubSpot—email marketing, segmentation, automation, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Writing engaging, on-brand emails that educate, convert, and delight.
  • Building smart, data-driven workflows guiding customers from first inquiry to long-term retention.
  • Partnering with marketing, sales, and design teams to align CRM activities with campaigns.
  • Reporting on CRM performance (opens, CTR, conversions, retention) and optimizing for results.
  • Managing list hygiene, segmentation, and testing for relevant communications.
  • Staying updated on CRM best practices and compliance, including GDPR.
  • Adding value to campaign ideation and incorporating the voice of the patient.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a CRM or Email Marketing Manager, ideally in a B2C or high-growth environment.
  • HubSpot expertise—building automations, segmenting lists, analyzing dashboards.
  • Strong copywriting skills—creating copy that drives clicks and trust.
  • Strategic mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management to handle multiple projects.
  • Collaborative attitude and passion for customer experience.
  • Background in marketing or communications.
