? Technical CRM Automation Manager (Braze)

I'm currently working with a fast-scaling organisation that’s looking to bring on a Technical CRM Automation Manager to join their growing CRM team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with deep Braze experience to take ownership of automation and campaign execution across multiple channels.

The CRM Function

You'll be part of a ~6-person CRM team, reporting to the Head of CRM, with a focus on lifecycle communications. The culture is collaborative, hands-on, and very data-led.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the technical detail of lifecycle automation and working with Braze’s full suite of tools. Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning automated journeys and campaign execution in Braze across email, push, and in-app
  • Using custom events, segmentation, Liquid logic, and multi-channel triggers to personalise communications
  • Managing Braze integrations and API connections
  • Maintaining modular email content blocks for wider CRM team use
  • Tracking and analysing performance metrics (engagement, conversions, A/B testing)

  • Strong experience in CRM automation or lifecycle marketing
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of Braze (essential)
  • Experience working with event-based triggers and APIs
