We're Hiring: CRM Manager

Are you a CRM pro with a knack for storytelling, automation, and turning clicks into loyal customers? Yorkshire Dental Suite- one of the UK’s most innovative dental brands is looking for a full-time, office-based CRM Manager to join us at our Leeds HQ.

We're growing fast and need a strategic thinker with hands-on HubSpot experience who can lead our CRM efforts, engage our audience, and help turn first-time patients into lifelong brand advocates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own our end-to-end CRM strategy using HubSpot- email marketing, segmentation, automation, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Write engaging, on-brand emails that educate, convert, and delight.
  • Build smart, data-driven workflows that guide customers from first enquiry to long-term retention.
  • Partner with our marketing, sales, and design teams to keep CRM activity aligned with campaigns.
  • Report on CRM performance (opens, CTR, conversions, retention) and optimise for real results.
  • Manage list hygiene, segmentation, and testing to ensure timely, relevant comms.
  • Stay on top of CRM best practices and compliance (GDPR included).
  • Add value to campaign ideation and bring the voice of the patient into everything we do.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a CRM or Email Marketing Manager role- ideally in a B2C or high-growth environment.
  • HubSpot expertise- confident building automations, segmenting lists, and digging into dashboards.
  • Strong copywriting chops- you know how to write copy that gets clicks and builds trust.
  • A head for strategy and a love of data- comfortable using metrics to make smart decisions.
  • Brilliant organisation and time management- you can juggle multiple projects and keep your cool.
  • A collaborative attitude and a passion for customer experience.
  • Marketing or communications background
