A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a personable and engaging Customer Relations Manager to join a high-end casino in the heart of Mayfair. This role revolves around providing outstanding support to VIP and high-profile clients, ensuring their visits to London are seamless. The successful candidate will be fluent in either Arabic or Hindi, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering first-class customer service. This dynamic and multi-faceted role requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week, offering a rewarding and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!
Who you are:
Possess experience in a high-end business environment, with previous casino experience being a plus
You must have the ability to speak and write fluently in either Arabic or Hindi in addition to English
Previous experience working with UHNW/ HNW individuals is essential
Prior line management experience is beneficial but not required
Demonstrate a customer-centric and hospitable mindset
A flexible attitude to working hours, with the ability to travel as required
What you will do:
Deliver exceptional service to both new and existing customers
Collaborate with all departments to enhance the customer experience
Monitor financial performance and customer satisfaction
Reactivate lapsed customers and engage high-value clients
Organise and analyse customer-focused events
Provide leadership and support to the Customer Relations Hosts
Conduct regular reporting and analysis of performance and activities
