Job summary

DK Recruitment are seeking an experienced CNC and Assembly Production Manager to take full operational responsibility for performance, quality, continuous improvement and capability across the manufacturing value stream.

You will lead Production Team Leaders and Production Planners and drive lean initiatives, planning, capacity and cost performance, while partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure delivery, safety and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational leadership experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Demonstrated accountability for delivery of measurable business results.
• Strong Lean manufacturing knowledge and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into operational plans, capacity requirements and departmental objectives.
• Lead manufacturing strategy execution across the value stream and ensure stable performance.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling and shop-floor execution with cross-functional alignment.
• Drive Lean deployment, OEE improvement, and standard work to reduce waste and Variability.
• Manage department budgets, cost performance and profitability of production.
