We have an opportunity for a Product Quality Engineer to join us at our manufacturing site in Wantage, Oxfordshire. The Product Quality Engineer will support and continuously improve product and process quality across the business by leading and facilitating customer complaint investigations, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and quality reporting activities. The role is responsible for driving effective resolution of quality issues, supporting cross-functional quality improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with quality management system requirements and customer expectations.
Working closely with Manufacturing, Technical, R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, the Quality Engineer will use data-driven analysis and structured problem‑solving methodologies to identify improvement opportunities, reduce quality risks, and enhance customer satisfaction. The position also provides support for wider site quality activities including internal audits, non-conformance management, supplier quality issues, continuous improvement initiatives, quality metrics reporting, and the promotion of a strong quality culture throughout the organisation.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related field).
Experience in product quality, manufacturing engineering, or reliability engineering.
Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, PPAP, DOE).
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the product line.
Proficiency with data analysis tools and statistical methods.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
