Role Overview

The Customer Product & Promotions Manager supports new business development and revenue growth for Hearst UK’s Beauty Box division.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Head of Product & Promotions to develop strategies and set targets for multiple brands.
  • Ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery of Beauty Boxes that meet value proposition goals.
  • Exploring new design, packaging, and finishing options through supplier and competitor research.
  • Working closely with Editorial and Commercial teams to maximize product value and commercial potential.
  • Identifying new opportunities and managing projects related to editorial initiatives.
  • Coordinating logistics, invoicing, and administration with the Customer Operations team.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, including partnerships.
  • Managing multiple projects with attention to detail and tight deadlines.
  • Representing Hearst UK’s values and corporate culture.

About You

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated, agile, and relationship-oriented.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Independent worker with cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Analytical mindset with understanding of customer data and business insights.
